The modern design with a chunky shape and gentle colors, mainly yellow and blue, are easy to match with any lifestyle.

Yumachi kiln pottery is made using clay and glaze produced in Shimane Prefecture. The yellow glaze, which is made from stones collected in the prefecture, produces a rich ocher color. It has a delicious color like fragrant toasted bread.
The blue color comes from a glaze called namakoyu, which is made from straw ash. Expressive “blue”, such as deep indigo blue and creamy light blue, can be said to be the face of Yumachi kiln pottery.
